Barre Classes 

Barre is a low impact, high intensity class that focus’s on small controlled movements to build muscular endurance by working the muscles to fatigue. Be prepared for an upbeat, high energy class and lots of small pulses to wake up those muscles. Barre has many benefits including, increased muscular endurance, flexibilty, co-ordination and mobility. Aswell as boosting moral it is a good way to relieve stress and to enhance your mood and wellbeing. My barre classes are aimed at a mixed ability class, from beginner to advanced. You do not need any dance experience prior to this and I welcome absolutely anybody who wants to move their body. 

Mat & Reformer Pilates classes 

Dynamic mat and Reformer classes are aimed to aid alignment, core strength and mind, body connection. Using the fundamentals of Pilates throughout a low-impact class to help you feel connected to your body and feel stronger and more confident in yourself. Mat Pilates has many benefits, including injury rehabilitation, increased bone density, core strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness.

Reformer Pilates uses spring loaded equipment to provide support and resistance for a full body workout.  It is also beneficial for injury prevention, correcting muscular imbalances, core strength, flexibility, increased body awareness and better physical and mental well-being.
