Group Barre Classes

A high intensity, low impact class with a blend of ballet and Pilates inspired exercises. Using small controlled movements with high repetitions to build muscular endurance, strength and control. For that spicy Barre shake.

Group Pilates Classes 

Dynamic mat-based and reformer classes, designed to focus on alignment, build core strength, stability and flexibility. Increasing control, body awareness and coordination.
